We had to sell a home in Missouri while living in another state and so really needed a responsible, trustworthy, and motivated agent. Elise Ellis was recommended to us after a bad experience with someone less than honest. She is knowledgeable, she handled almost everything by herself as we were so far away, she arranged prep for the house. She got us the best price possible and I would absolutely work with her again. I can't recommend her enough, she really did a wonderful job!

If I ask you to name the best, current basketball player, you'll say LeBron James. If I ask you who best college football team is, you'll say Alabama. If asked who the best realtor is, you need to say Elise Ellis and if you don't that's simply b/c you haven't had ANY experience with her as of yet. Do yourself a favor and if you're in the market to buy/sell a house, contact her and lock her in as your agent. She will do anything and everything to make sure the process is smooth, quick, and well explained. This purchase was my wife and my first home together and we were both a little nervous about the whole process and approached everything very cautiously due to horror stories we've heard. Elise was the opposite of everything negative that my wife and myself have ever heard. She rolled her sleeves up, explained each piece of paper work to us, and did it all in a very timely manner. She went through the house with us and helped us inspect it, told us what "watch out for" and pointed out tiny details that I would have never thought to look at. She's a true rock star and we'll absolutely use her again in our next buying venture. Thanks Elise!
